Sam was excited, it'd been too long since he's seen the twins. He'd left a nervous Dean back at the airport. Castiel was set to send his brother over once Sam was there, so he wasn't too worried. As the plane ferried in he sat forward in his seat.
He'd bet they'd grown a foot since the last time he saw them and his heart skipped a beat. His children, he hated being away from them but this project was important. He'd finally freed himself from his other duties so that he could join them.
Once they began unloading he was one of the first out of his seat. He was glared at by a few of the passengers but he didn't care. Slinging his carry-on bag of shoulder, he hit the pavement and looked around for his son and daughter.
When he caught sight of Colt that was all it took, Sam dropped that bag and ran. Manly or not he was hugging his boy. It took only a few moments for his long legs to take him to Colt, strong arms wrapped around his son "Damn--it's good to see you, where's Cas?"
