He hadn't meant to fall asleep. Cass was still in the drug induced coma they had put her in, He had only left her side for about two hours, long enough to go to their place to get clothes for her when she woke.
That's when he had the conversation with Ianto, and had come back to the hospital, determined to make sure Cassie woke up safe from the mad man. It hurt to say it, but he did wonder breifly if that's why she had gone on her hunting trip alone.
She moaned softly and he sat up moving to take her hand. She seemed to calm a little at the touch. "It'll be okay Cass just rest." When she settled back down he brushed a kiss over her brow. He glanced over at the man hthat had brought her in, he was still asleep, and had been since they had managed to get Gadget to come help them talk to the police to tell them Cass wouldn't be a flight risk. The guys was older, and American, but had proven he happened to know some law. How he dressed, Colt was thinking he was a private investigator, he wasn't cheesy enough to be a reporter.
Figuring Cassie would be safe a few minutes he went to get some coffee to wake up. Knowing he'd be back in a few minutes, the nurses at the station already had fallen for his charm. Made the trip a lot shorter. Walking back he stayed tense. He hadn't brought weapons with him, just in case, and now he wished he had brought in at least the knife. The ivory hilt gave him comfort, something he needed right now. He had let his sister down in more ways than one.
Looking at her sleeping soundly he sighed. She'd recover from the attack, he just hoped he forgave her, and hoped the beast had been lying about her feeling when he was in pain. He got into a lot of fights, mostly trying to defend her honor. He knew she had boyfriends, but he couldn't stand it if he heard someone speak in a derogatory way about her. Cass, I'll be a better older brother and I'll listen to you more okay?"

Sep. 3rd, 2010 03:36 amColt answered the phone. He could hear what was going on. Ianto had found his... okay, that sounded like his sister, but the tone that Ianto had been using said it wasn't her. Growling he tried to think on how to get there. If someone had his sister's form, meant she was still alive for now. But probably not long, and probably close to where the werewolf lived.
Colt goes to the airport to pick up his Dad. Guess who's yet to find out about it.
((NO! Sam's not taking Jack's place. Just couldn't help it with the title XD))

Colt was early, he didn't care for once. Parking the truck in the lot he grinned as he went to catch the plane landing. That was one thing he had liked about his and Cassie's move from the States, even though they had been taken away soon after, the VM's had been a nice toy.
He had time to get a cup of coffee before his dad's plane landed. Customs were easily waved, thank gods for working along side the government the last few weeks. He hadn't been with Torchwood or UNIT, but had worked with both groups enough times that most people who didn't know him and his sister thought they were on official business.
It would be the easiest way to get their dad's gear through. Too bad Dean's still scared as hell of planes, he would get a kick out of the black dogs I've been hunting here. Hell, might like the Selkie too. He thought leaning against the wall sipping his drink. Three minutes, then Sam Winchester would be there.
Cass is so going to flip when she sees him. He grinned. He had done his best to keep the trip from his sister. And considering she could read his thoughts, that had been a miracle in it's self.

❤❤ LOVE ME, HEY! ❤❤
Nothin' like a hunt in the city.
Jun. 19th, 2010 02:12 pmThe hunt should have been easy enough, after all he was going to go deal with a werewolf he had heard about in New York. Which was why he was currently in a parking garage, in the back seat of the truck with the seat flipped up pulling out a silver knife, and a colt revolver as well as a the .45. Of course he had the papers to carry them; it was something that he and his sister had made sure to try to do things a little more legally than most hunters.
The only thing that he did legally lately it seemed. The weapons safely tucked away he rummaged through his gear a moment longer finding a small medicine bag. This slipped over his head and was tucked inside his shirt. Cass had spent a little too much time trying to learn peaceful ways to stop the things they hunted, trying to ease them into a society that didn’t really understand them, with Dad and his uncle gone, only thing he could do was hunt. Take his frustrations on things dangerous to the ignorant masses.
Slipping the keys into his pocket after beeping the truck’s doors he started for the elevator. Hunting in New York would be a little tricky, wouldn’t be the first hunt in a huge city. There had been the nest of fire salamanders in L.A. a few months back, and Black Dogs in Detroit, that had been fun, since their den had been an old car factory.
“Well come on town, let’s see what you have for me.” He pulled his half fingered gloves on hitting the button to get him to street level.

![]() You are smokin' hot, and you can't help heat up everyone else around you. It's not unusual for you to make people flushed and excited. You flaunt your sexuality. You awaken primal urges that people didn't know they had. You bring out the inner wild animal. When it comes to seduction, you just go for it. You have no fear. |
Colt entered the room with Sam. At first he wanted to yell at his twin, but all that faded seeing her curled up on the bed asleep, her hair hid most her face, but he saw the marks on her arms.
She moaned and he moved over to her side when it became a whimper. "Sh... It's okay Cass, I'm here. It'll be okay." He sat next to her gently stroking her hair until she calmed back down. His twin fell back into her uneasy sleep and he sighed slightly. "If she trusts you so will I Sam, but you get her hurt you'll go onto the same list as that other Sam's on. I don't care if you're closer to how our Dad was. I'm not letting anyone else hurt her."

Hunting for Cas
May. 15th, 2010 11:34 pmColt had gotten the text from Cass and of course he was worried. But he promised her he wouldn't go to her.
He had a feeling he knew why she didn't want him around. The message for Will had hinted that she had done something stupid. If their Dad and Uncle were around they'd probably yell at her for it too, because God forbid anyone try to smack sense into her when she was like this.
Grabbing his jacket he headed out. His cell was in his pocket, but it was turned off. He needed to do something before he really talked himself into hunting her down.
Sighing he pulled his phone out. "Come on Not!Dean pick up the damn phone."
